Exchange & Store Credit Policy

We offer an Exchange / Store Credit policy only.

Please note that cash refunds are not available at the moment.

Exchange & Store Credit Policy

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for:
  1. Another size
  2. Another colour
  3. A completely different product
  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request store credit if you prefer not to exchange.

Conditions for Returns

To be accepted, items must be returned in their original
condition
:

  • Not worn, altered, or damaged
  • All labels and tags attached
  • In original packaging where possible

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer care team with your Order ID and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Send the item back to us securely packaged.
  4. After inspection, your replacement item will be dispatched.

⚠️ Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

Store Credit Process

If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange:

  • Store credit will be applied to your account once your returned item has been received and approved.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Sale items
  3. Accessories

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please contact customer care within 7
days of delivery
with your Order ID and a clear photo of the fault.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels during return transit. Please use a tracked delivery service.
  • Items returned outside the allowed timeframes will not be accepted.
  • Returns without clear customer details (name, Order ID, return reference) may be refused.
